DO I NEED RESERVATIONS?
Reservations are strongly encouraged. If we can take a walk in, we are happy to, we just cannot promise we could get you in. Weekends book up around 1 month in advance. If you are trying to book same day reservations, please call and we will try our best to accommodate or find a better time for your visit.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS?
Typically, the process takes 45 min-hour, depending on the size of your reservation. Please keep in consideration that we take appointments every hour on the hour. If you cannot make it on time, please call so we can look for a better time for your reservation. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your spot will be available. After you pour, it takes about 2 hours for your candle to harden and be ready for pick up. Sprays and diffusers are ready to leave with you after your appointment.
We offer a variety of vessels and spray bottles that can meet all of your spending needs. All styles, sizes, and colors can and will be changed periodically.
Basic vessels- $20-$30
Luxury Vessels- $40-$65. Vessel Material and burn times vary.
Burn times range from 35-130 hours.
Vessels range from glass, tin, porcelain, ceramic, concrete, etc.
Bring in your own vessel- $25-$45 depending on size.
Make your own room/body spray with custom label -$40-$60
Reed Diffusers- $45
WHEN CAN I POUR?
What are your hours? You can also find our hours on google and Facebook.
Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday are designated for events and private pourty rentals.
We will also host events, so make sure to check our social media or our "book" page periodically.
*Hours are subject to change due to holidays, Pour Room events, and personal dates. Being a small business with small staff, we will be closed for 2 weeks a year for time off. Thank you for your understanding. *
DO YOU SERVE DRINKS AND FOOD?
Drinks-YES!!! Candles aren't the only thing we are pouring in here! ;) We keep a stocked bar of wine, bourbon, and some cocktails. Water, coffee, and hot tea are always complimentary.
Food- At this time, we do not offer food.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes!!! These gift cards make THE perfect gift for any occasion! We have physical gift cards you can pick up in store or we can have a gift certificate emailed to you!
CAN I RECYCLE MY POUR ROOM VESSEL?
Absolutely! After you use all of your wax, just rinse with hot water and soap, and bring back in to receive 30% off your pour.
You can also choose to "trade up" and receive 20% off when you trade in your used pour room vessel.
CAN I BRING IN MY OWN VESSEL?
Yes!! We love seeing your own personal style when it comes to your art. Certain jars require certain size wicks to promote the best burn, so bring it with you and we will do our best to work our magic for you. :)

CAN WE LEAVE WITH OUR CANDLES AFTER WE POUR?
It takes around 2 hours for candles to fully harden. Dry time determines on size of vessel. Depending on what time you pour, you may be able to take home same day. If not, pick up times are during business hours. We will hold your candle until you are able to pick up :) We ask that you pick up within 2 weeks, due to storage space. Pick up times are the same as our business hours.
CAN I LIGHT MY CANDLE RIGHT AWAY?
We recommend waiting TWO weeks before your first light. The true cure time on natural soy wax candles is typically 2 weeks. The longer you wait to light, the stronger the scent. All great things are worth waiting for ;)
DO YOU HAVE AN AGE LIMIT?
Absolutely not. We leave that decision up to you if you think they are ready for it. Our experience is made for anyone at any age and our staff will always help to ensure you get to enjoy a special moment with your kiddo.
